We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all training plan purchases. You may request a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not completed more than 25% of your training plan
  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the training plan
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing your plan

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase date
  • Plans that have been completed or substantially used (>25%)
  • Requests due to change of mind after significant usage
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding your purchase or refund request:

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue within 14 days
  • If unresolved, you may file a dispute with your payment provider

6. Chargeback Policy

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us directly. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may affect your ability to use our service in the future.

7. Service Interruptions

If our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent access to your training plan, we may offer:

  • Service credit for future purchases
  • Extended access period
  • Full or partial refund depending on the impact

8. Promotional Offers

Training plans purchased with promotional codes or discounts are subject to the same refund policy, but refunds will be processed for the amount actually paid.

9. Account Termination

If we terminate your account for Terms of Service violations, no refund will be provided. If you voluntarily close your account, standard refund terms apply.
